Red pepper flakes 05/05/2022

Red pepper flakes are great in kitchen magic. They bring flavor and spice to food and are a must-needed herb in a kitchen witch’s arsenal.

Red pepper began its use in southern root magic, as doctors would use it against their enemies. According to the herb magic catalog, “It is an ingredient in Goofer Dust, Crossing Powder, and Hot Foot Powder, all of which are variously employed to Jinx an Enemy in Family, Money, Job, and Health Matters and to Drive Unwanted Persons Away. Some folks obtain the intimate personal biological concerns of an enemy, mix them with RED PEPPER, Salt, Black Pepper, and Sulphur, and stop the mixture up in a bottle, which they hide under the enemy’s doorstep, where it must be walked over.”.
In addition to this, red pepper flakes are used in brake-up work, binding spells, and breaking jinxes or hexes. People mix potions and pouches with red pepper and bury it around their enemy’s homes to bring bad luck.
